Meetings, trips and consent forms: how not to lose track of information
Reading time approx. 2 min · Fundacja One Reason
An organizer instead of chaos
School information is easy to lose in the flood of messages and emotions. Record it as events: date, place, contact person, response deadline, documents.
What to record
- meetings,
- consultations,
- trips,
- fees,
- deadlines for returning consent forms,
- important announcements,
- contact for the class teacher or the school office.
How to ask
"Please add me to the ongoing organizational communication about meetings, trips, fees and consent forms relating to my child."
What not to do
Don't put the school in the role of arbiter of your conflict. Its job is to help with information about your child, not to settle a dispute between parents.
